El Pais

Another one for the Spanish-speakers -- or those using this campaign to brush up on their language skills: Spain's authoritative left-leaning daily carries a brief but nice report here. In the following para the newspaper says that our name plays with the meaning of 'stranger' in English, meaning both 'outsider' and 'unknown'.
Organizada bajo el lema genérico De extranjeros a ciudadanos -jugando con la palabra inglesa stranger, que tiene el doble significado de forastero y extraño, desconocido- la campaña ha sido impulsada por la Citizen Organising Foundation, una alianza de más de un centenar de organizaciones sociales, políticas y religiosas.
